Permits
We have experience submitting a wide range of permits in cities all around the Bay Area. Planning, Building, City Councils, Public Works, Environmental Health, Fire Departments, HOAs, and more.
Contractors
We have worked with many Contractors and can recommend the ones that best fit your project. If you already have a Contractor we're happy to work with them as well.
Construction
We routinely perform site visits during construction to monitor that the design intent is being met. If issues come up we are able to provide quick solutions to keep construction moving.
